About the Rescue

Lyn’s Animal Rescue is a small, home-run non-profit rescue on Siquijor Island, founded on genuine love for animals and a commitment to helping those in need.

Lyn has been rescuing and caring for animals since she was just 13. What started as simply helping where she could has grown into a safe place for dogs and cats who have nowhere else to go.

Today, the rescue is home to 48 dogs and 33 cats, each one cared for every day with food, shelter, and medical support.

If you’re in Siquijor, you’re always welcome to come by and visit. It’s a chance to meet the animals and see the rescue in person. Donations of food or basic supplies are also always appreciated and go a long way in helping us care for everyone here.

This is a small rescue with a big heart, made possible by kindness, donations, and people who care.
